Key Responsibilities1.Contributing to delivery of new client implementations participating in all phases e.g. requirements gathering solution design matching clients business flows to platform functionality gap analysis design configuration testing support training and go-live activities2.Participating in client workshops to gain and provide SME knowledge necessary to understand scope define functional gaps and work with various teams to document and ensure successful completion of activities3.Create documentation appropriate to multiple audiences and stakeholders including high-level functional presentations user stories and acceptance criteria business flows and product release guides.4.Support of internal and external testing cycles specifically assistance in resolution of queries and defects
